Warranty
Our Exclusive Customer Loyalty Warranty:
We are proud to be an integral part of your dental practice. That is why we at Americus are committed to fabricating many of the finest dental restorations in the industry. To this end, we are offering your practice our Exclusive Customer** Loyalty Warranty.
Our Exclusive Americus Warranty
• Guarantees replacement or repair of defective restorations for 5 years* up to the amount of the original invoice, no cash refunds.
* Repairs: All repairs are warranted for a period of 60 days from time of delivery to the office.
* Orthodontic appliances: Orthodontic appliances are covered for 90 days from time-of-delivery to the office.
What Our Exclusive Warranty Does Not Cover
- Fixed restorations which fail due to adhesion, cementation or de-bonding
- Dental implants, implant parts or precision attachments
- Neglect or abuse of restoration or appliance
- Cost for removal or insertion
- Lost chairtime
- Cost incurred for incidental or consequential damages
- Patient transportation or travel costs
- Lost wages, profits, pain and suffering
**5-year warranty is extended to active accounts (no more than 60 days between cases)
**Offices that keep their account current and in good standing
Shipping
Upon our receipt and approval of a completed credit application; open account privileges with an established credit limit are extended in accordance with the following guidelines: (1) normal payment terms of invoices are thirty days from original invoice date. (a service charge will be applied to balances which exceed thirty days.) (2) accounts in which invoices have either aged beyond sixty days, or exceed their established credit limit, may be placed on credit hold, pending resolution. Any accounts approaching this status will be advised by the credit manager prior to the credit hold being implemented. (3) in the event of a billing dispute; invoices not related to the dispute must be paid according to our stated terms. (4) delinquent accounts which are placed with an attorney for collection, collected through an agency,or by suit, probate or bankruptcy proceedings, will incur related collection expenses and reasonable attorney fees.
Credit Policy

Payment
All purchases are due and payable upon receipt. Balances that are unpaid for more than 30 days will incur a 1.5% late charge.
